Ready to cancel my business with MWEB

ZERO STARS! DOESN'T DESERVE ONE! Have been calling and emailing mweb since December to sort out my wifi that has been down. Each time I am directed to a new person and have to explain my story over and over again. Every person I speak to gives me a different story on why I am down! Been a customer of MWeb for 17 years....their service is USELESS AND ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND USELESS! they cant help with a simple problem, then I cant deal with a useless company and pay for services I no longer receive!!

NOW ...... what is going to be done about this as I am ready to cancel my business with them as a paying customer in the blink of any eye!!
