Please be weary. No and I mean no customer service. Try and reach them by phone, email, sms and whatsapp. At least the bot at the other end of the line admitted, it's circuit were "hurt" when I told it what to do with all the spare time. Try and pay them more than double for far less than half the service, I dare you. That whatsapp bot is probably fried by now so DO NOT BOTHER! Vox seems on the ball though.
