Rain LTE by Mweb sucks

I have been struggling for weeks to get my slow Rain lte at home sorted, the connection is terrible and i only have access to this maybe 3 or 4 hours a day. Configuring my router is all the technician want to do all the time. It takes them forever to get back to you with feedback. Absolutely shocking that i must pay R999 a month for a service that only works properly for 3 hours a day.
