Rain LTE-A & Mweb Review - For Gamers / Streamers
I have Rain LTE-A for little over 2 months now, the first month was perfect and had no issues, but since the LTE Rain special was over, the service I received from my LTE is horrible. The internet disconnects every hour for at leats 5 minutes. which makes it impossible to play video games or stream online. After the internet connects back, I am sitting with 3000 latency to europe servers. It took me about 30min to connect to hellopeter just to be able to make this review.
I have reported this faulty tower / service to Mweb, they said they reported it and clearly they do not care since I have not heard a word from either companies.
I highly suggest looking for another service if that is the main reason you are getting LTE, like I will be since they just do not care about their clients. Charging me R1700 a month and receiving worse service than Telkom LTE gave me.
