RADIO SILENCE - PATHETIC COMMUNICATION

I've requested to move from my current provider to you, but I'm having SERIOUS reservations about that decision. I've requested it late December and I've received one SMS advising it would be done by the 28th Dec, 2024 ( i hope). Its the 6th of Jan, and not a single word of communication from you telling me ANYTHING AT ALL. Nothing! I've tried your chat and have been waiting for an agent to respond for almost 2 hours. I thought my current provider was bad, but before even joining your company, I'm already re-thinking my decision!
