R400 was not a donation . Bad service

I am writing this review on behalf of my son who app**** for fibre and paid on the 9 May. The first excuse after paying was that they cannot find the address then after that nothing has been happening. The last message was that installation will be done on the 27 May however nothing has happened. Today we have used R100 just to call them as they keep you hanging and listening to music. We are living in a difficult times so the issue of getting the fibre was to help him with his studies to avoid using cash for data. It looks like we have donated with the R400 which we should have used to buy data then waiting for nothing. We need solution or refunr to try other service provides who are willing to work.
