Did not honour the promotion I signed up for .Tried calling and logged 4 queries with no response. I called 4 times and just left waiting after speaking to an agent then holding on for 35 min then got disconnected. One of the agents told me they would call me to resolve the non compliance of their agreement. You get lost in the computer system and idiots employed by Mweb haven’t got a clue. Trying to speak to a manager is like trying to get an appointment with the ANC President
