Quote Not Honoured by Mweb Fibre

I received a teliphonic quote from Brenda in retentions for a uncapped 20up 20 down fibber to the home. based on the quote i canceled my service with my current provider and requested that Brenda send me the retention price that she gave me . only to be then told a few days later that she can no longer give me the price!! She then escalated the problem and I still have had no reply today I called again only to be told they will get back to me.??? you can not avoid your clients. Please just honour the price you gave me as I have been a client for many years and I find this tactic very unfair and *********. listen to your call recordings. acc ***
