Quick to take my money but pathetic at rendering a service

It's been over 2weeks trying to get my Mitchell's plain fibre sorted.... I was on the call being transferred from pillar to post last guy I spoke too was sibongile a few minutes ago was support to be transfered to sales support and guess what the call drops why is it so hard to get my fibre sorted u got my money but I can't use it so in total you have an r800 of my money and yet it's so hard to get my wifi which I paid for sorted this is really pathetic if you don't want to activate my service then give my money back
