Quick to sign up, wish I could say more

I app**** to have my fibre ISP migrated to Mweb. The sales agent said it will take a day. The process was to start 1 February 2018. To date, the internet is not working. Numerous telephone calls, emails, and nothing. Really disappointing service from MWEB.
