Questionable Business Practices

MWEB business ethics are questionable,, they have increased their prices twice since I started with them in May 2020 (A R100 increase in 6 months!!). When my one year with them ends, I will leave them with immediate effect; with these principles they will lose more clients than they thought. Any new potential customers, do not even think about MWEB!!! I regret taking them on and to think I referred people to this business is even more upsetting. They hook you up on a contract than start increasing their prices, I am sick of businesses with such principles, we are all feeling the hard times but the way you practice your business will determine the longevity of it, you might be making more money to cover your costs/profits now but perhaps not in the future.
