****PY service from Mweb

I signed up for an LTE contract and it was delivered on the 10th of August. Till today it has not been activated. I have called several times to complain but have been taken from pillar to post. I even tried calling Telkom and they referred me back to Mweb. I am very annoyed, angry and disappointed with the service from Mweb. I was desperate for extra data to complete my work from home and it seems I chose the worst service provider for that.
