I bought a router from MWEB for fibre. It’s been 7 days since it was delivered but is still not connected. Whenever I call them I am told it will be connected in 48 hours. It’s been 3x48 hours and still no connection. The salesman Scott Ross who sold me the router doesn’t give me any support in trying to fix the issue. I am appaled by their service. The service I received from them hasn’t been great from the beginning, there were a lot of delays prior to me receiving the router. I should’ve known from that point that the service was gonna be ****py
