PUTRID SERVICE

I have never experienced such putrid service from an organisation as to what I now have had with MWeb. I held on, being caller number 1, for an hour without being assisted by their technical department. I can only say that I hope I am the only customer to have experienced such putrid service. Unfortunately I have to work with their technical department due to the service I am subscribed to.
