Unfortunately the new house I am moving to is not on MWEB connected Fibre.

I called in to cancel and was told I need to provide a calendar months notice and they will charge me for an extra month even for non usage.

This is bad business practice and not in line with my consumer rights or the consumer protection act. I will ask my bank to reverse the debit when it comes and I will send a letter via my attorney.
