**** providers

I have signed up with MWeb about since months ago now my line has been suspended due to non payment, so 2 weeks back I wanted to reconnect and pay

Wooow I have never seen something like this, they told me it can take 10 day, I told them if they can't help me reconnect, it's better to looking for another provider

I asked them to cancel 😞 they said it will take another 7 days. Now m waiting

When I call to make a follow up they just blocked me. I can't speak to any of their agencies

N the sad part is that they just holding my previlage to go to another provider.

They need to cancel my order and release that ISP So I wouldn't recommend anyone to use MWeb service it is bull**** and a **** providers.
