Promises without delivery
I have been without internet at least since 7 Feb 2016. After numerous calls, e-mails etc, I only receive empty promises. Even after speaking to Technical Managers, no commitments are being met and I still have no internet. <br> Promises without delivery = no service. <br> I still get billed the full amount. <br> They promised to call back tonight at 20:30, yet there was no call.
