Prohibits clients from sending mails.

Hi - Since you don't allow clients to send you emails, I am posting my query on here. NOW--- month to month deals means that I can cancel when I feel fit too, not when you decide I can. I have cancelled my LTE package, and you sent me an mail form an unattended mailbox saying it's cancelled end Oct 2019. That's not the case. It's cancelled end of Sept 2019. You can keep it active - but I don't know where you will receive payment from. Definitely not from me. Ticket number: MWB***5. Thank you
