Problems with cancelling contract with MWEb.

I have been trying to cancel my MWeb account. Over the last week spent hours on the phone waiting unsuccessfully to be speak to a consultant. Having subsequently perused numerous reviews on cancellations with MWeb, I was alerted against cancelling telephonically. Mweb's website does not mention an email address (conveniently so, I suppose). I then addressed a cancellation notice to a consultant I had dealings with when I upgraded my package. However no response. On a "reviewer's blog" I found" *** " . My mail however bounced back. It is totally unacceptable that MWeb makes it impossible for its users to exercise their legal rights. I trust that someone from MWeb will now post the correct address on Hello Peter.
