Problem with Mweb instalation

Problem with MWEB,i have signed a contract with Mweb on the 26 November 2025.I was ask for my banking details for them to do debit order every month. I was ask to do up front payment of R249 i did. Was promise the installation will take place in seven working days, later the same day i was debited for R249 of which it was surprise why after i made payment. I was ask for the proof of residential since my flat number 2 does not appear from they side. The installation did not happen i have to call them several time ask to wait up until i was fed up, i call the beginning of January and cancel the deal but my money was gone bad experience, i will never refer anyone to them..
