It is with a heavy hard that tonight I have called it. No more Mweb for me...Mweb used to be one of the best experiences I had wit ISP's . This Changed middle December 2017. I have been having an ongoing slow connection problem since then till today. Their way of fixing is Reset the ports, if that does not work push new settings to the port...then call Telkom...and in the meantime the call get closed without informing me. The problem seems fixed for 2 to 4 days and repeat. No Telkom call, No Mweb Call, No person coming to the home to investigate the poles. Its normally just re-patching the Main Distribution and re-flash of ports. I have called in, Reset the ports via their portal(Sometime it works sometimes not.

Time to move on. I cant battle like this every 2 to 4 day. Calling in cost me a lot of money better spend on a ISP that will give me double the speed at the same costs.

Sorry Mweb, but you lost a old client today.
