Probably the worst service out there....

WOW. Complaint after complaint... Ticket after ticket... I have been getting throttled for almost 2 months now on my SUPPOSEDLY "1GB/S" line. And now again this weekend I dont even have a connection... sometimes my line speed drops under 1mb/s as well. And guess what? I still have to pay the FULL monthly installment even though I cant use my connection for most of the month. I just tried to phone my ISP and I am no 78 in line. I am forced to waste 100's of minutes of airtime a month on Evotel and MWEB and on top of that I will still need to pay my full installment. This service is ********. I will probably have to wait another week or two before I get feedback and by then there will probably just be another problem. Sick to my stomach with MWEB AND EVOTEL. PS: One just blames the other evry time and the problem never gets fixed.
