Price increase twice in 13 days

I have been moved over from fibrestream to Mweb and not even a full month and i have been charged with increases twice in under a month. Most of the staff i speak to at mweb have attitude and do not care to assist with my query. We did not ask to be migrated, and to be taken advantage off as mweb clearly does not seem to care and assume we are forced to be a client of theirs. Clients of mweb should be made aware of their poor customer service and consider being clients to them.
