Price increase overnight

I signed for fibre internet connection with Zoom fibre, the Internet Service Provider was Fibrestream, for R299 a month for an entire year without any price change. In January 2023, we get migrated over to Mweb without given a reason and a price increase to R379 for the month of February 2023, on the 13 of March i get an Email with another price increase to R445.00! 2 price increases for being moved over to Mweb and being pushed around with price increases over night. This is very unprofessional and unfair to us as we did not ask to be migrated but were done so automatically and now have to be bul**** with increases for the service provided. What ever the reason may be for the migration we should have been still kept on the old pricing we signed up for with Zoom and Fibrestream. Please advise on what platform should we direct this complain to as i am totally not happy with this entire price change.
