Pray you MWEB keeps working because once it stops it wont start again

This is the worst service I have ever received from an ISP. Their line keeps cutting out for no reason and it's verified on that it's not our hardware. To make matters worse they never rep**** to the online ticket and every time you call in they have to do a full authentication again. Even if it's just to say it didn't work, try again.

Seriously do you need to sit in a queue for 10-30min to be told they won't help you until you authenticate. Even if you just phone a few minutes ago.
