Porting my old Telkom number to Mweb Voip service. Both Telkom and Mweb accounts have to be in the same name????

Really disappointed that I either have to change my Telkom account holder or my Mweb account holder.

Mweb systems are juvenile that they cannot cater for separate party owners. It was not a problem when purchasing fibre from Mweb to have the Telkom account in a different name.

I now am going to waste a Saturday morning standing in a que at Telkom to change the account from my wifes name to my name.

A simple letter of authorization from my wife to post the number from her Telkom account should have been sufficient!
