Poor/Non existent Customer Service

Useless customer service, money paid but no reconnection, I've called 3 time each time spending over 20-30 and que not moving e.g being caller no.9 for past 30min😡

You go to their whatsapp service also that robot is useless saying it will assign a consultant to my query which never happens, I am currently frustrated with this service provider at the moment, they think we have time to be dealing with 1 simple query for the whole week 😡 Normally I just switch to a more competent service provider. I don't have time for poor service 😡
