Poorest service by MWEB and openserve

I have been waiting for over a month now to get assistance with the fixing of a fiber line, which was so poorly installed initially, lying above the ground and vulnerable to damage. This line has now in fact been damaged. After numerous calls, queries etc, still the problem has not been fixed. Openserve also keeps on advising MWEB that the problem is resolved, when it is not!!!!!! When on earth will I get the needed service? No one is assisting, what the hell!!!! I need a proper repair NOW!!!!!!!!!!
