Poor Wifi services.

I am completely disgusted with poor service this company has been offering me over the past two years. Last year I was left without wifi for about two weeks only to be restored after endless calls with agents that didn’t know why my line was cut. Even after that I was charged for services that month that I didn’t use. This week has bern the same experience I haven’t had wifi for about 7 days and counting and I can’t get through to them when I call.
