Poor, useless ISP service.

Being loyal to MWEB, biggest mistake. Moved from ADSL to fibre in Feb 2020. 4 months or inconsistent and poor service. Worst ISP experience even worst then Telkom. You have no customer service, with your arrogant tech support . I will be finding me a new ISP. This is not a ISP I would recommend in JHB South. Within 2 months they increased the tariff even though the service was inconsistent and several calls, problem refs etc. close down you useless.
