Poor unreliable service

5 calls, over 70mins of airtime and I still can't get assisted. I would strongly advise getting another service provider. Mweb is a mess when it comes to logging queries for faults. Nothing reliable about their internet or service. Save yourself the trouble stay away, keep it moving to another service provider.
