Poor Technical support on fibre MWEB & SADV

Technical support is pathetic! They do not respond or follow up the queries on their site! 5 days for a fiber problem. SADV part of the problem. Say they had no notification of the problem. Do not know who is the worst! MWEB Ticket nr mweb***6.
