Poor Technical Support

I have logged a call with MWEB on the 16-02-2020 and received no help what so ever from them.I have called them daily to find out whats happening with my LTE product and just get the response i have to wait 8 days for feedback,yet they require me to pay the full premium which is not working at all. I had flagged all the issues regarding the product they sent me.We have done a signal check and they have verified that the product can be purchased and now no one is willing to assist in ensuring i have the correct internet connection.Please can you assist with the matter
