Poor technical service from Mweb

Good day The feedback received from Mweb is just not satisfactory! How do I limit the time spend by children <16 on Wifi? Mweb has no solution to this! How do I track which which sites the kids <16 have access to? Mweb has no solution on this?? Is it then worth while using Mweb as internet provider? It is just not about service, but the quality of the service! Mweb is not stepping up to the challenge!! The technical service can't provide me with answers! Yet I pay my subscription every month for a ****py service!! I need solutions to this ... very fast!!
