Poor technical service

The after sales service and technical support is pathetic, I have had to struggle on several occasions when I am not happy with the performance of the system. When trying to call the support desk you end up spending in excess of 30 minutes holding on and then only to tell you it's because you are using a UPS or inverter. Today again I have tried to contact the support desk, but when you call it says that the number you have dialled is not available. I have tried using the chat function on the website, but after 20 minutes, still no response other than they will connect me to an agent. I sent an email to MWeb on the 1st of July and got an automated rep**** saying that they would get back to me between 24-48 business hours, I eventually got a response on the 24th of July 2025, 23 days later. I would not recommend MWEB to anyone.
