Poor support
It is extremely frustrating to get technical support from mweb lately. The Chat facility is either unmanned or undermanned. I have 2 email issues ( synching to my iphone and junk mail) but you hold on forever and eventually get thrown off the system. No Mweb, you must do better!!

18 May 2026, 15:52Good afternoon, Henk.
We understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially when trying to get support and not being able to stay connected long enough to resolve the issue. Your time matters, and this is not the level of access or support we aim to provide. We have arranged for our Technical Support team to review your profile and get in touch with you directly to assist with both your email syncing and spam concerns. In the meantime, a few quick steps that may help:For iPhone email syncing:
• Ensure your account is set up using IMAP, not POP, so emails sync across devices
• Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and confirm your username and password are correct
• Check that Mail is toggled on under the account settings
• If syncing is still inconsistent, removing and re-adding the account often refreshes the connectionFor junk mail filtering:
• Mark unwanted emails as “Junk” to help train the filter
• Add trusted senders to your contacts or safe sender list
• Avoid interacting with suspicious emails, as this can increase spam
• Check your webmail settings to ensure spam filters are active and not set too aggressivelyWe are committed to getting this fully resolved for you and restoring a smooth, reliable email experience.v
Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
