Poor support

I tried one a month before I relocated to ask them to change billing account and moving unit. I sent all documents but till I relocated nothing was done. I decided to reverse debit orders. Till now nothing has been done. Well I don’t mind because they won’t get any cent from me and the new person can get another service provider. But my concern is from the business perspective one client lost and you ask how many received same treatment. Poor support
