Poor sluggish service

Since last week Thursday, 8 May 2020, I have been trying to upgrade my internet speed with mweb. I have been calling them and speaking to numerous agents only to be either cut of or being told that they will call me back which never happens. I am really disgusted with their service and inability to help me.
