Poor signal

I sign up with Mweb, it is my first month, and i can till now say that is the worst subscriber, i can't stream on tv, and on my phone, we hardly have signal, i reboot my router about 6 times a day, sigmal is very poor, i get 1.7 mbps if iam lucky. Poor service,
