Poor services at its best

I moved to a new property where the previous owner was using mweb and vumatel and it more than 3 weeks there can't connect me. The moving team can not connect me at all its so pathetic. Like it's really nonsense. My kids are home doing home schooling. The moving team does not respond to emails. If you call you can't speak to them. Like it's so sad.
