Poor services and no contact from Mweb

BEen trying to get hold of a person at mweb for the past 6 months, no response on emails, only the sales member that assisted me about a year ago. there littel popup chat is US (Unservicible) at best. no mobile network here so I can get the sms OTPs from them. And no response from there Facebook mgs. Im getting GATVOL of there no services to clients. Can the CEO please get into contact with me. and no not a PR person the and by the looks of thing there is no CEO at mweb, maybe that is why there is no services from mweb.. I will be stopping all payments for all my services as of today, as mweb is in bridge of contract. please feel free to respond to this post to get my contact details.
