Poor services

After having trouble and no assistance from my previous service provider, I moved to Mweb with hopes of getting a better service.It has been a bit over a month since I signed up with them and over 3 weeks since a router was delivered and I still don't have internet connection. I've made attempts to call to get assistance and all I get is a promise to have the matter resolved and get feedback, which I never get. It's really appalling to have promise one thing and not even deliver a fraction of the promise.
