Poor services

Account number: ***7 Since installation and activation happened in April 2021 the service is till not working. i still have no internet. i contacted the technician several times and they keep promising that someone will come and check the problem n im still waiting. the last time i called they gave me this NWD***1 as reference for my call but still nothing happened. i have not been given access to internet since i joined but they hve billed me R1,022.39 thus far for services i have not used. What is Consumer protection saying about such services where we are billed for services and the services is not provided for. You cannot terminate because now you will be charged for termination fees etc however im not getting assistance, im beyond frustrated with MWEB.
