Poor services

These people are taking thier customers for granted. They quick to debt but useless with there services. They don't mention things when taking their product. So I moved to a new unit within the same complex, the hole unit complex has already firber fitted, they talking installation which already exists and my internet have not been working for 7 days and they expect full payment end of the month. I have reported and emailed them with no response. The consultants are rude and hang up on you. They quick to talk contract but not helpful.
