Poor services

I want to give them NO stars. I never in my life experiences such bad services. I wasted my time thinking they can sort out their problems. My internet is so poor. Just today, I watch a series of 45 min, it took 1hour and 56min to watch. It buffers the whole time. I have complained, phoned in, emailed, but NO one can care enough to fix it. Please people, rather us a agency that is willing to help when there is a problem.
