Poor service...No service...To many complications....and no answers????

So after experiencing shocking service from Telkom we decided to move over to Mweb internet and hopefully thinking a private company could get it right!!! Well so far the answer to that is "NO" Mweb seems to be just as *********** as Telkom!!! They cannot get the fibre to connect to the router for 2 weeks now after numerous phone calls to a number of different consultants and technicians and im sure they are still going to bill me for 2 weeks of unused uncapped unthrottled internet they promise to offer!!! Its a disgrace..... What is going on in South Africa??? Can any one get anything right????
