Poor service/customer care/ poor product

I have been struggling with Mweb now for months! My wife works then it doesn’t then I’m running a 20mg line where I’m suppose to run a 50mg line when I phone in then they say yes we’ll send someone and it never happened. I strongly advise staying away from them!
