Poor service, Worst ISP, Pathetic, No speed, No internet, Worst customer service another 7 to 10 Days wait..
<p>Continuous service problems and not fixed. Never get back to me to inform me of the problem or correction. Technical staff, except one or two, seem not ineterested but rather they will pass it on to Telkom, making it some one elses problem. The line speed is pathetic and no where near what I am supposed to have. Always told 7 to 10 days to solve yet never solved. Never a Manager available to speak to. I have only ever been called back by the sales department to see what they could sell me. I called again to day to tell them my line has again dropped with only 1.09mb download speed and I am told, 7 to 10 days again.</p>

MWeb have finally repaired the line and I finally have internet again. The speed has almost doubled to 3.5mbs. Customer service had contacted me regularly to update me on the problem and the situation of the repairs. I can now honestly say that you have addressed the problems professionally.
