placed on order with MWEB in July. To date, I have not received any communication from you and the service provider Gaia Fibonacci regarding the status of this order.

This delay is negatively impacting my ability to work from home, which is critical for my job.

Could you please provide an urgent update? If the service will take longer than a week to be installed, please cancel my request and credit the R999 I was charged.
