Poor service.. Wifi

My wifi has not been working since Sunday night.. I contacted Mweb yesterday and was in their live chat 2 times with two different people.. Had to explain the problem 3 times. In the chat I was chatting to Ashley, then Zubair and then Raylene.. No one coukd help.. I had to call Mweb and was on the phone for over an hour and then they logged a fault.. Now they say it will take 3 to 6 working days.. Absolutely ridiculous.. The turnaround time is ridiculous.. How does one survive in this world without wifi.. Mweb is absolutely useless.
